Pricelock contract expired

I'm not getting help with the dstv pricelock contract it expired in June when I call the call center I'm being told that my contract ends in November 2020 which I'm being charged a ridiculous amount I'm really dissatisfied and dissapointed looks no one knows what is happening in that company. I'm being taken for a ride I work very hard for my money

Dstv multichoice they don't really care about us their clients. Along with this you'll find two legal disclosure documents (Statutory Notice and FAIS Disclosure).

We will send you your policyholder communications and policy documentation by email and/or SMS. We do not post policyholder communications and policy documentation.
Policyholder communications and policy documentation will also be made available to you digitally on the following Self Service platforms:
  1. DStv MobileApp;
  2. DStv website; and
  3. WhatsApp.
You have to provide us with a valid cellphone number and where available, a valid email
