Pricelock complaint

I'm on pricelock and I'm receiving sms's that I have an outstanding amount to pay and my services were disconnected due to de owing amount which is not on my pricelock package yet de debit order went through, I've called dstv no one can assist coz it's pricelock and no one can contact pricelock, they have opened a case fr me however no one has contacted me everytime I call same story, I'm so irritated and angry by their services coz now I've paid fr services that I don't have instead they want more money I don't know fr what, it's been 5 days wth no connection no one is contacting me, I hope this will help.
