Pricelock added to profile without permission

DSTV pricelock loaded a decoder to my profile last week without my permission. I do not own the decoder or have it in my possession.

Have called the call centre numerous times. They just keep telling me they cant help and I must speak to pricelock department. Have sent them 3 mails. Each time receiving an auto response with ref number. But no call from them.

I am paying for someone else to watch DSTV. Had to pay extra R1040 last week just to keep my dstv on because of this unknown pricelock transaction.

This is ***** in my books. DSTV does not worry in the least. Logging someone on pricelock without proper authentication.
