Pricelock

My issue is with how they run their promos as they are so convincing of the agreed services which they fail to keep. I took a compact pricelock which was advertised as R499 a month with no price increase for 2 years and i took an option to upgrade to compact plus which was also advertised to be R535 if taken within the promo period. Sadly, the pricing has totally differed from the one we initially agreed on, and getting through to them is such a mission because they need to correct their billing mistakes.
