Pricelock

Very poor service I received from the consults who even **** to me . I took a subscription for pricelock. Sales against advise me that everything will be installed Friday around 10 am 5 hours later no response from dstv. So my family and I waited for delivery. Only to find out that the address was captured incorrectly and it's was for dstv walk in center address.I was advised by the consultant to contact courier company and they not answering . It's frustrating because I promised my nephews everything will be done today.
