Pricelock

I am hoping this will reach somebody out there. This relationship is not working out. I have been calling endlessly but my issue still remains. I took out a Pricelock plan for R549 P/M in January 2019 and all was good and well. In March I was Billed R667.68 and in April I was billed R994.16 and yet nobody is able to explain to me why that is. Nobody had the decency to contact me and explain beforehand that they will charge the above mentioned amounts and nobody can explain it now.

I cannot continue like this and have requested a settlement amount. Multichoice seems to think we dont have other options and are taking us for granted.
