They offered me a R650.00 price lock i ageed after installing the decoder they deducted R748 i called them asking why dd they deduct that much they told me it was for instalation but they had told me the package was instalation free then i asked them from then they have been deducting R748.00 i have called multichoice several times to complain about this amount because that is not the contract i have with them they keep telling me they will escalate the matter even today no one has called me i went to dstv Maponya mall they are always offline

20 Oct 2021, 10:57I was contacted by a representative from multi choice who advised that he will have to listen to the recording between me and the consultant who was assisting me to determine the agreement of the amount i will pay. The representative advised he will contact me back on Monday after listening to the recording, to date i have not been contacted.
