Price Unlocked

At the end of the November last year I subscribed to @DStv price lock for R745. I was then told billing would start at the end of December. Needless to say all through December I recieved message from @DStv saying my account is in arrears with R1000 then it was over R2000 and I just started the contract. I paid my first payment beginning of January and ever since then it's been a bumpy ride. FastTrack to 31st July I was told I need to pay R955. I paid it then I was told there is still R550 out standing.. I paid it. They then assured there isn't anymore outstanding balances. I paid again on the 1st of September only to find out on the 19th September I'm R800 in arrears. The dstv has now been suspended and I'm now R1900 in arrears. And I was given this statement.

Then after payment reversals were you were incorrectly charged you were left with a balance of R 531.97 and you paid an amount of R 750.00 on the 2019-09-01 which covered Access fee of an amount of R 14.52 to cover you from 2019-08-25 to 2019-08-29, an amount of R 130.48 for subscription to cover you from 2019-08-25 to 2019-08-29, an amount of R 99.00 for Showmax which was discounted and left you with an amount of R 73.03, charged an amount of R 58.06 for Access to cover you from 2019-08-30 to 2019-09-18. An amount of 521.94 to cover your subscription from 2019-08-30 to 2019-09-18, an amount of 50.00, an amount of R 89.00 for your DIPPRM12 R749 - 2018 2. An amount of R 14.52 for Access to cover you from 2019-09-19 to 2019-09-23. An amount of 130.48 for your subscription to cover you from 2019-09-19 to 2019-09-23. An amount of R 50.00 for reconnection fee to cover you from 2019-09-24 to 2019-09-24, an amount of R 5.81 for Access to cover you from 2019-09-24 to 2019-09-25.
