Price not locked for price lock

I'm so disappointed with the pathetic service i'm receiving from Dstv price lock. I logged in to their app to check my balance, I was so shock to find out I was overcharged. So I called the Multichoice call center the person I spoke to told me she wouldn't be able to help me the only way to get hold of the price lock team is via email. I sent an email 4 days before my debit, I got auto reply that my quires was gonna be attended to in 24 hours but 24 hours later and the was no feedback. 4 days after I was overcharge what irritates me is that there is no direct lines for this ******, the email system is useless. I was never overcharged before I took up price lock and you're able to talk to call center agent before you take the contract but after the contract there're no where to be found. Dstv is ripping people of with this price lock ****, the fact that they don't have a direct line speaks volume. This people are useless ****** that don't' have respect for their customers.
