Price lock ya dstv is a ****

I have been sold the DSTV Explora Ultra price lock in Oct 2021 which I fell for. Since then I have been paying R637.00 which is inclusive of subscription for compact, showmax, extra view, insurance for main decoder (Explora ultra) and PVR functions for all decoders. Now all of a sudden I receive a message that a premium of R662.00 will be debited on my account on the 15/08/2022. Why the increase if I am on a price lock? This price lock thing is a ****. Call centre can't even explain the difference
