Price lock without price lock
In November 2021 I signed up for a black Friday promotion which consisted of the DSTV compact subscription and access fee included for R499 over 24 months, today I get an sms stating my bill is more than the R499, please rectify this as the contract is for R499 and nothing more. This deal was also on price lock so I don't understand how you increased my monthly bill please sort this out

25 Jul 2022, 09:43One of you consultants contacted me on Friday to mention that my monthly subscription will remain R499 as it is on price lock, however this morning I received an SMS stating my debit order is the increased amount again, this is concerning as your company is providing different information through different channels. Remember I am on price lock so there should be no additional amounts on my monthly subscription of R499

26 Jul 2022, 11:10So I logged a complaint last week about being on a price lock package for R499 per month over 24 months. I laid a complaint about my fee increasing even though I am on price lock, the consultant that contacted me for that complaint said that my package should remain on R499 for the full 24 months and that a credit will be app**** to bring the instalment back to R499
No credit has been app**** to my account and the debit order went off my account for the increased amount.... this is theft
How many other clients is MultiChoice *****ing from? The amount is small, however when multip**** by 1000 customers it becomes large.
I need my instalment back on R499 as per our legally binding contract, I also need my account credited with the amount you increased my instalment by.
IF this isnt sorted I will take it further
