Price lock, what price lock????
I have just seen that I have been charged R 1720.49 on my debit order, when, under the Price Lock contract, this should be R 949. What is going on? How was this figure arrived at? If the price is supposed to be fixed, why was such an odd amount charged? Your call centre can't help, or the answer doesn't make sense to me. Fix this, and explain what happened, or take your stuff back!
