Price Lock WARNING!!!!

Price Lock is the worst!!!! Beware, they have been deducting unauthorised amounts from my account for 2 months! You are not able to contact them directly at all! I have made several calls to multichoice to no avail! All they can do is escelate same to price lock and then advise you that someone from Price Lock will phone you within 24 hours. Still no one phoned me!!!! I now wanted to cancel my debit order, but guess what Price Lock will contact me...haha what a joke. Everytime I hear that I just burst out laughing! My hands are cut off I have no remedy! Next month is approaching and I have no idea what rediculous, random amount will be deducted from my account and I have no way of knowing or stopping it! Not even to mention the money that have not been refunded to me either! This is *****ing! I have been a loyal DSTV customer for a VERY long time! I am regretting ever entering another Price Lock option. You would think that with all the competition around they would shape up to avoid loosing any more customers but obviously it is just not a priority to them!
