PRICE LOCK TERMINATION

I have been a DSTV Premium subscriber for more than 20 years and took up the Price Lock offer around September 2018. I have tried to contact DSTV Price Lock on numerous occasions with absolutely no success. All I want to find out is what is the cost of termination? The contact number for them just rings and then if someone does answer, they cut you off instantly!! That is just so frustrating especially when calling from a cell phone after you have bene holding on for over 25 minutes!! I want to just know what are the termination costs as a consumer? Can someone please contact me? Also, I am being charged more than the price lock amount that I was debited last month so why is this the case? I thought Price Lock meant exactly that - the price is LOCKED!!
