Price lock team problems

DSTV Price Lock unfair treatment

In January 2017 I signed up for 24 DSTV Compact price lock deal with Explorer, which started in February 2017. December 2018 I started getting calls from Price lock team to renew my price lock deal without the decoder for either 12 months or 24 months with a R200 penalty should I require to cancel. I took the deal in January 2019 and it started in March 2019 which meant I would have R390 debited on my account which included PVR services, I then included Showmax for R49 a month. The deal happened until End of September where DSTV over debited my account by R555.18. 3rd October 2019 I call the call centre i get the ref#: ***0-i257, I'm sent from pillar to post and the answer i get is that Price Lock team will contact me. end of the month still noone contacts me. 27th Oct 2019 I get a notification for R49 debit from DSTV, two days later I get disconnected and I call DSTV to find out whats happening, they reconnect me and promise to have price lock call me. Noone calls me until Monday 04/11/2019 when my account is disconnected again. I call very early around 07:10 to see if I can get assisted still noone can assist (***). They tell me only price lock can assist. I then decide to send "Price Lock" to 36483 I get a call immediately but unfortunately that is the Price lock team with the Decoder and they can't help me with this issue except that they will send an email to the other price lock team and that they will contact me. DSTV why do u send us from pillar to post with such a simple issue. How come my account is all of a sudden over debited and now less debited and when i call I am told I didn't make a payment when I authorized you guys to debit my account almost 4 years ago.

Can I please have this resolved ASAP.
