Until today no one phoned me back. Then I decided to go to Multichoice offices in Randburg. Lucas tried to assist me he also said your account is in a creidt of R2186 he cannot explain to me what is the problem. He send a mail to them I have asked him to copy me in. He did. E-mail response back *** they will contact me within 24 Hours. After this they suspended my service you could not move the channels stay at 100.

It took me 47 minutes with Multichoice to get my service back. The day before the Springboks was playing they suspended the extra view they could not assist me they will send a technician out to see what is the problem. No on pitch up no word form anyone.
