Price-Lock Shameful Service!
Our DSTV connection has been suspended for 2 weeks now Multichoice claimes no payment was made for September however POP was sent and we were given a reference number We were told they cannot reconnect ince it's on price lock onlt the price lock division can assist however we have since been waiting for the price-lock division to call back as promised
This is absolutely unacceptable
