Price Lock ****s

Talk about ****S, when they offered me the Price lock package they were nice I spoke to a lady called Majama and she said they only allow debits...... Fast forward I took it and end of August they didn't deduct, now they switched off my dstv account and say I owe +R244 extra for their stupid mistake. I called customer care and spoke to Thabiso (guy) he gave me an email address claiming to be the Price lock email which doesn't even work. Useless consultants, I want my Dstv fixed without penalties of your stupid mistake.
