Price Lock **** - No Installation

On the 28 November i bought the black Friday DSTV Compact price lock special. Sindisiwe informed me that the package includes delivery, installation together with other things. Sindisiwe promised me that delivery and installation will take 7 working days. I have received my decoder but it has not been installed, mind you, today the 12 December is the 10th working day with no installation. On Monday the 09 December, i received, by email, a survey to rate the installation but it has not been installed. I called in last week the 05 December 2019 and spoke to Sibahle who told me that the installation will be on the 10 December. Yesterday the 11 December i spoke to Noma who told me that the Price Lock department cannot be called as they have an outbound call centre which tells me that you only want to sell this price lock but don't want to provide after service. When will installation take place.
