Price lock ****

On the 11/08/2022 I logged a complain about Price lock **** as the premium has increased by R25.00 whereas I am on a price lock. A lady by the name of Danisile Sokela called me and informed me about the technical glitch and they are attending to it. She promised to call me on the 15/08/2022 and my account will be credited with R25.00, guess what? till today I am still waiting for their call and my account/bill for September shows the new premium which I am disputing. Dstv does not take their clients serious. Their service is so appalling to say the least.
