Price lock ****!!!

I signed up for price lock deal and the delivery was made after a month of calls and emails. Then when it's installed It just played channel 100, I was told I owe R640. I called the call center and complained because I haven't even viewed the services so how am I owing subscription and reconnection fee? Today I checked and I'm owing over R700. I've never viewed anything. This is ridiculous. Kindly fetch your decoder I'm no longer interested in your **** of a company. I don't want any explanation from you just fetch your decoder I'll seek alternative viewing services.
