Price Lock ****

I was phone and offered a deal at Price Lock for R549. whitch i excepted.On the 17th August it was installed i phone in to cancell the old decoder and activate this one.That was our worse NIGHTMARE!!! ...ever since.I had to battle over the phone to get the dish on after 7hours and spend R388. on airtime.The next day the decorder was disconnected again we had to phone in again spent hours on the phone because our bill was over R6000++ .....where it came from i dont know. THEY SAD IT WAS A WRONG BILLING WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN SORTED OUT UP AND TILL TODAY. Every 3th day i had to phone in for reconnection and multichoice agents are not consistend some day they will help the other times i had to wait . This passed weekend dish was disconnected but we PAID!!!!!!!!!!

We phone they refusse to reconnect.Ref no :***6#C5 ;***6#I419 ;***; THEIR REF NO MEANS NOTHING ,,,,,,JUST LIKE THE NUMBERS THEY GIVE TO CONTACT PRICE LOCK. PLEASE help me to cancel this **** !!! which they trick people to take.
