Price Lock ****

After faithfully keeping to my end of the price lock contract, this sorry excuse for a company has decided to try **** me with a double debit of a ridiculous cost of R1700, double what I was paying. They claim this was a mistake but that I must call a separate department (the price lock one) to rectify their mistake. Now I have been passed on from pillar to post, long waiting period on calls to their *** number. My issue remains unresolved.
