PRICE LOCK ****
On the 19th of Oct 2017 I was offered a price lock decoder for 24 months. It was couriered to my address in Pretoria, I notified DSTV that I received the decoder I spoke to keneilwe who told me to call altima satellite antenna installers from mamelodi these people were rude to me and told me they required a letter from the body corporate I called conrad van wyk he said they don't issue letter but permission from their office.
As we speak the installer never came, the decoder is not installed, money was deducted from my account. I tried calling DSTV to come and collect the price lock decoder they refuse the agents tell me that there's no direct line to price lock.
I am very disappointed honestly!
