Price Lock ****

<p>Dstv is ******** people out of their bank details with this Price Lock event. The application was declined 21 Feb then 31 March they call to say no it is approved by condition the account is paid on debit order. The debit order is then activated but guess what - no explora. Phoned to find out progress the deal is still declined but the repayment method is debit order. This is seen as obtaining bank details under false pretenses. I would like to have the recording of the 31st of March as an voice mandate was obtained which is a recorded item. This issue has been sent to the National Consumer Tribunal and will also be escalated to the NCR as this is a credit agreement of which the collection practises is ********l</p>
