Price lock *******

Dstv is just a ****, bunch of ******. I have an issue with my price lock plan, it is supposed to be on a fixed monthly payment. It has suddenly increased and when I call their useless call center, no one is able to assist me, they assure me that it hasn't increased, it is just the sms error. As we speak, the increased amount has been debited to Mt account. I just can't wait for my contract to end and cancel this thing called dstv with their useless customer service. Their complaints unit is very good at responding on our reviews on hellopeter.com but they won't call you to address your complaints nor acknowledge them. Customer service is so poor
