Price lock ripp off

I am really ****ed off with price lock services. Ones gets charges that they won't evwn explain were theey come from. There was a mo th were I requeated the full amount that was due, the money was paid and the consultant confirmed that there is no more arrears. Now out of the blue I have another arreats of over 300 which I was told to ignore the message it was sent in error 6days later my services were disconnected. The contract has ended last year but there's still charges that I cannot get explanation on.
