Price lock Rip-off

i was called for a price lock offer, and the agent said i will pay only R49 extra, and the agent ensured that the price lock amount includes everything and i will not pay more that the extra R49. after the installation i was requested to pay R360 whilst i was still in credit on my subscription. today they will deduct R360 and they say my next payment is R646.00 whilst the agreed amount was R449.

1. please listen to the sales call and hear the agent promising that i will pay R449 only. 2. Why has my subscription changed to R646, what are the extra charges for that we never agreed on? 3. Before price lock i was on Capitec 15% discount, what happened to it? 4. i need a detailed statement that from January to date. 5. Clear explanation of the R360 i paid whilst i was still in credit.
