Price Lock - Random debit amounts
I upgraded to the DSTV Compact Price Lock option on the 1st of December 2017. I agreed to pay DSTV R549pm . Ever since DSTV debits my account with all random amounts, I then need to call them and request a refund and they cannot explain these debits. Why is it called Price Lock when you debit your own amounts every month???? Sick of this pathetic service!!!

According to our records, the system charged the Price Lock forward billing for R119.00. However, this should not be the case on your next payment date. The next payment will be R430.00 payable by 05 March 2018.
