Price lock quiry

Hello peter, im writing about a complain in regards of dstv, they once called me and told me about a price lock for 24months and i agreed then this month i did not recieve any discount so when i called to do escalations they told me im still under the price lock on 17months spoke to 3 different consultants so today i called and the consultant told me im no longer under the price lock, so their service sucks mis leading customers thats why customers are cancelling, im next.
