Price lock promotion?

Been a premium subscriber for many years. So in March this year get an SMS saying 'special offer for being so faithful'. Several weeks later call centre contacts me. Offer is an Explora and 2 year price lock deal. I accept the deal and amazingly the decoder arrives within a couple of days. Finding a willing installer was a bit of a mission, but finally installation was done and the decoder is activated as per the packaging instructions. The packaging says: "You will get to enjoy the full DStv Premium but the price is FROZEN at last year's price for the next two years." (sic). Fat chance. I get billed at this year's subscription rate. The packaging says this is a "Premium 24" contract. The call centre staff say Premium 24 is at R809 per month. So apparently this whole scheme is a lie and is merely a mechanism to get one onto a debit order. Multiple queries about this deal have solicited one response "you will be contacted...". This was several weeks ago. Another lie. Not impressive.
