PRICE LOCK PLAN DISASTER

I received an sms on 21/09/2017 advising me that my price lock would expire in 7 days and that my subcscription will change to the DSTV Premium fee of R 789 plus the access fee of R 85. DSTV then debit my account for only R799.50 on 28/09/2017. I could not understand this and was waiting for a 2nd debit order to be processed for the remaining balance. I arrive home on the evening of 28/09/2017 and DSTV have cut me the signal. I contact DSTV and spend 40 minutes on the line with Nkosanthi for her to advise me that the system automatically shuts the signal down if the account is in a negative balance as the account still reflects R 162.39. Why would this be if there has been a standing debit order on my account for over 15 years? The reason - DSTV could not get in touch with me to confirm that I did not want to extend the price lock special. I requested for proof of this as I received no such missed calls. DSTV switched the signal back on. She also madvised that they will process another debit order for the R 162.39. On the morning of 29/09/2017 I spoke to Sylvia & Mandisa who advised that they will refer my query to the Price Lock team as the problem occurred with this team. I then receive an sms from DSTV Price Lock team to advise me that they seem to have missed me and that I must call them. I did this and spoke to Paleswa and demanded to speak to the person who " tried to call" me. She advised that there was no recent note on the system but noted that there was an entry on 15/08/2017 by Simphiwe that he tried contacting me. She advised that she would refer this to her manager so that they can retrieve the recordings and to resolve the billing issue. To date, nobody has tried contacting me and as per my online profile, the incorrect amount is being billed as per the statement and the outstanding balance now reflects R 1065.89. It also seems somebody has removed the insurance off one of my devices. Please can somebody contact me to sort this out before DSTV shuts my signal off again
