Price lock Payments

I am appauled by da service we getting from multichoice with this price lock. We have been loyal customers for years.I then decided to take up price lock in September. Jst for installation i had to call 3 3rd party companies. Waited almost 2 weeks for installation. Than on the 28th of August 722 was debitd on da 20th of Sept services were disconnected paid 690 today n im told 588 is stil due. 3 payments in less than a month this is ****. Than icing on da cake ull get the worst customer service agents who r clueless all they know is to escalate. I am still waiting for pricelock to call since friday. Im gona take this further n i want to be reimbursed . ***
