<p> Please advise I app**** for the Price lock package of R949 p.m.</p> <p> I was called by a representative on 14/07/2016 – the arrangement was made for the money to be deducted on the 19/07/2016 –</p> <p> The money was then deducted on the 19/07/2016</p> <p>today is the 01/08/2016 and there was no communication regarding the decoder </p> <p> I even called the call Centre on the 26/07/2016 – the lady I spoke to advised that she can’t transfer me to that department and could not give me a contact number either – she advised she wil get them to call me back but that didn’t happen either. A mail was sent on 28/07/2016 - and the feedabck I got was that Price Lock Team doesn not have any contact numbers. but they wil forward teh Query . still no reply.
