Price lock over billing
Price lock over billing I am so disappointed with Dstv Maltichoice for overcharging me i am on price lock compact with an extra view and my monthly subscription is R548 but Dstv over billing me R658 to R748 monthly whereas they sent me the the sms of R548 due for every month, it's been 9months and being over charged. I render my complaints vai telephonic, Emailed, sms and inboxed them vai Facebook page. What irritate me most when i complain their feedback they said they charged me R548 offwhich I am stupid and i have proofs of Payments
