I'm on a 2 years price lock contract of R499.. can someone please explain to me what all this extra billing is for.. I never signed up for anything but I'm expected to pay over R600 a month while I'm contracted to R499.. What kind of maladministration is this? This is wrong and frustrating to customers especially in times like this where everything is just going up. Please get my account in order so I continue with my price lock contract.
