PRICE LOCK OFFER EXPLORA - NOT TRUE REFLECTION

We activated this upgrade to Explora R899 on 2016-03-31. We were informed that all calls are recorded so you may go back to our conversations. The advert says free installation is included in the package, - the lady told us that WE are responsible for contacting the nearest installer and organizing the installation. We are expected to pay for the extra kilometers exceeding 25km. I have studied the t's & c' and I could not find anything mentioned in there about the installation. I have printed a statement dated 26 February 2016 and at the back the Price Lock-aanbod says \DStv Premium met ? DStv Explora en installasie(Toegangsfooi ingesluit)\".
