Price Lock Not a good choice

poor Services with Price Lock. account has been paid at pepstores since my husband lost his job. we contact multichoice numerous times. they suggest that we should do our payments at PepStores, and we did that. no they claim we owe them R450. and they disconnect our DSTV. we never skipped one payment .
