Price lock-No Service

Price lock is useless. I filled in the online request 26/08/2019 and the auto reply says they will contact you in 72hours,on Thursday 29/08/2019 I filled another one in still waiting. So on Thursday afternoon I called DSTV call centre spoke to a guy so unfriendly and just said we must sms price lock, I smsed them on Thursday the sms we received said they will call us back in 72hours guess what till today no one has made an effort to call. We wanted to be new clients but with such uselessness I would rather leave it. Please Price lock shape up your customer services, you guys are loosing new clients no wonder people rather watch Netflix.
