Price Lock - No price lock

<p>Have been waiting for more than two weeks for someone from DSTV Price lock to phone me. One call I missed, second call received yesterday (18:44). Phone was next to me. The person only missed call me. I had no chance to answer the call.</p> <p>This system does not work. Rather have a call centre. I would rather wait an hour than trying to keep my phone next to me 24 hours - then the person on the other side only want to log my phone call.</p>
