Price lock Nightmare - Small Fry in the Huge DStv pond - Terrible Service

In March 2021 this year, i ordered a price lock deal as i was moving into my new house. I spoke to the sales consultant and he was very helpful and informative. As soon as the deal was done and the transaction was complete cue in the problems. Since the 26 March, I have been back and forth with DStv with the status of my order. Its now the 19 May 2021 and still I have been asked to be patient. I have been told that the matter is being escalated but who is it being escalated to? My two key observation are as follows: • The consultant incorrectly captured the address of the installer (initial delivery address as I was told it may be faster to do to this way by the consultant) • I was not updated on the progress – was provided a link on tracking my order but the delivery date kept changing everyday • Numerous calls, messenger texts with belief that the issue will be escalated and resolved • A re-order was completed (listing my address for delivery) but no one can confirm where or what the status of the order is (another consultant confirmed this twice with me) I have now been told that “we are still reviewing our courier service and with deliveries once we’ve found a new courier service”? Now I am totally confused, what does this have to do with me not having received my device / service for the past 2 months? Why must I be punished for a DStv internal control problem? I have no further avenue and hence the review. I am highly frustrated and feel that I am being held to ransom for a service that I am paying for? Perplexed is an understatement.
