PRICE LOCK NIGHTMARE!!

I app**** for the dsvt price lock and was approved by the end of last year. I gave my banking details for the debit order as requested and they subsequently delivered everything. i assumed all was in order and that my payments were being made, only to get a rude awakening this year when one of their agents called to say that my payments were not received as my banking dratils were not on their system. I gave my banking details again and advised them to take out the payments as needed. A month later another agent called and said that she needed to take the debit order details again as anothet payment was not taken, I then asked how much i owed of which she rep**** that its just my monthly installment, i agreed to give my details again and the following month of May my services were suspended, I called their call center for an entire week and wasted about 2 to 3 hours on the phone only to be told it will be fixed but my services never resumed. I then decided to go to a Pep store where l asked them to check how much i owed only to be told l owed about R4000. l decided to pay the amount and called the call center again as my services still did not resume, l spoke to an agent who advised that the amount was on the wrong account and moved the amount to the payment plan account and my services resumed m. I advised her that i wanted the debit order set up again as i dont want the same issues happening again. However again in July i revived an sms saying I am owing R204.77 on my account that, I looked at my bank statement only to see that they only debited R80 from my account. I payed the amount requested by them again, and a few days later i received another sms saying im still owing R367.44 and if i dont pay my services will be suspended again. I decided to call the call center again to explain the cahrges but on that week they were apperantly having system issues so my no one could tell me whats going on on my account. Another few days again I received another sms saying im owing again another R616.88, and amazingly enough a day later my servives were suspended again. Again i called the call center in vain as the issue was not fixed , i went into my dstv self service profile and i payed the amount requested which was R731 via the app out of sheer desperation to get my account fixed again, and also wrote a complaint on the site about my issues and urged anyone to please return my calls as I was tired of being pushed from pillar to post However I never received a call back from their complaints department. I was forced again to call the center again and spoke to another disinterested agent who said she will resume my services again for me as she “believed i made the payments”. I asked about my account again and she said she can only advise about the account once the payment I made via the payment reflect of which she did coukd not give me a timescale. A week later another agent contacted me as a care call from the payment plan department assume, to enquire how I was finding the services and if I was happy with the explora. I was happy to get that call as I needed to speak to someone fron the very same people with whom i took out the contract with and i adviced her of all my troubles, she looked into my account and apologised for the inconvenience i had to endure, she then advised that my account was actually in credit of R919 and a few cents and that if i wished she could transfer the funds back into my account or we could leave it as credit and that amount would pay for this month of August and in September i would just pay the difference. She then advised that she will speak to her supervisor to confirm the details and put me on hold, when she came back on the call she advised that all the arrangements have been made by her supervisor to alter the account and to ensure that i dont get debited this month and September. She assured that my debit order is again set up and the would not be any issues on my account again. I appreciated the call and was happy that I could now put the entire issue behind me and wont be speaking to those call center agents again. However yesterday when i went inti my bank to get a statement i was adviced that a debit order of R505 and a few cents was taken fom account by multichoice. Again i was forced to face my worst nightmare again to speak to those agents, the first agent i spoke to was very pleasent and advised that he could see that the crefit of R919 was on the accont and whilst he was looking into the issueand advised that is it looked that the agent that called me on the 19th of July moved the amount but before he could alaborate the call cut off as I ran out of minutes. After loading more talk time I called the center again and spoke to another agent who completely told me a different story than the ones i heard before about the credit, he kept on saying that i was owing and that amounts i payed last month were pro rata and i had just R100 credit on the account, we basically went back and fourth as every questing i asked was doged, i then requestes to speak to his supervisor as a last resort, he put me in hold for what seemed liked more that 5 minutes and after that my call was cut. To be honest i could not make another call again after that as i was too depressed and tired of having to speak to different people and having to repeat the story once again. I honestly wish the I never took out this plan as ever since i took it out ive had nothing but trouble, in two months I payed R1440 out of a price plan that should be R539 per month. Im so disgusted that the adverts talk about convenience and piece of mind but ever since i got this explora ive had none of those. I want out of this contract even if it means paying it of , atleast then I would have better sleep .
