Price lock my ass

Took the price lock plan with the DSTV explored. They suspend your service even after you pay and when you call it says the is a outstanding balance. They then reconnect you but now your explorer is a pvr you cant watch catch up or any of the stuff you recoded. The call centre tel you to sms your detail to the price lock centre and they will resolve the issue. This does not happen and when you call them they say they will call you back again this does not happen all i want is for them to reinstate what i am paying for. It would be different story if i didnt pay that would mean i am in bridge of contract. If they do it it is just a mistake . In true essence they are in bridge of a contract wit me as they said fot a time of 2 years there will be no price change but there is. I will send the relevant detail to the powers that be eg the broad casting complaints commision as they make public promisses and do not deliver .
