price lock its a nightmare

I was offer the price lock contract in 23 July 2019 and the decoder was delivered on the next day and I waited for an installer until August I called many times but without getting thru *** and ended up sending an sms 38213 which to my surprise they responded quickly but when you call the call center no answer all their agents are busy 24hrs. They promise to send me the installer number but they never send and I decided to get the numbers of the accredited dstv installer on the dstv website on the 13 September 2019 and he came and install the new dish but now the price lock channels are not active and in the system I have two accounts am so frustrated cause dstv is saying I must call the price lock but I can get thru their call center is too busy that you will hold for the whole day without any agent to assist
