Price lock is very badly organised

On the 25th of October I app**** for price lock with dstv as we moved into a new house on the 28th and I thought this deal would be perfect for the new house. I got an Sms on the 26th that said I had been approved and my order would be dispatched within 2 to 4 days. After a week a called to follow up. Apparently the price lock team don't have direct numbers so the normal dstv call centre is screening their calls. I asked for my order to be escalated and for someone from the price lock team to contact me. Another week went by. I called twice today and asked to speak to a supervisor only to be told there are none available and being promised to again that someone will call me back. I have been a premier client of multichoice for over 10 years and this is how they treat their loyal clients? Shocking. And after some research I found many other clients that got the same shocking service. So seems this is about par for the course. So multichoice, seeing as you don't need my business I have already ordered fibre to be installed at my house so will be dropping you as an SP.
