Price lock is not fixed feem

Am on price lock but they have never deducted according to agreement now i owe 1800 for what i dont know because i had to go to a store and pay whereas they were supposed to deduct 1000 per month and they didn’t stick to agreement first I struggled to get my decoders now this One of my decoders is even switched off this is poor client service I called and they said they will call-me back dstv such a big company this is *********** and poor clients service
