Price Lock Installation not available

On 5 August 2016, I have contacted Multichoice for the first time regarding the Price Lock offer with free installation. During mid December my decoder arrived at last, but not a single company within a 100 km radius of Gansbaai, is willing to install it (reason supp****: Multichoice is not paying the service provider after completion of the installation)

A company from Cape Town was prepared to do the installation, but with a surcharge of R5 per km. When I reported the issue to Multichoice customer care with reference number ********** 9-I43, I was instructed to call Field services on ********** 357 (outdated number) . I then explained the situation to a Field services Operator on number ********** 000, who promised to organise the installation and notify me of details via a call to my cellphone. To date I have not received any feedback and lodged another request via email this morning

What a disappointment

How is it possible that Multichoice can charge me R2257.51 per debit order on 3 Jan 2017, when the installation was done on 6 Jan 2016? I have also paid R844 via EFT on 31 Des 2017. Price Lock is advertised for R949 per month. Also no statement to clarify
