Price Lock incompetency and General poor service

My Price Lock contracted ended in December and have been paying R750 to DSTV every month via debit order since the end of January. I had zero communication from DSTV regarding the way forward except that my price lock contract is finished and my monthly fee is now R750. Which has been paid on time every month. No when querying the selection available on my dstv now app yesterday my account is closed due non payment. Why? I have a debit order every month off my account for the service?

Below is an email I sent to the ‘Social Media’ (Abigail Ruiters) email address that sent me a mail advising my contracted had ended this morning raising my issues and requesting responses. #419534

I am still waiting for someone from price lock to contact me as requested. Why was my account suspended when MultiChoice debits my account every month? Why do I owe +/- R1800 to DSTV EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A Debit order off my account?

Why is the Service I am receiving from MultiChoice, Price Lock department completely disgusting? Why does MultiChoice not treat its customers better?

Why was my account debited R750 pm since the end of January (28 January 2018) when the contracted ended and ONLY now (over the last two weeks) I get told my contract has ended and I must now pay R899?

Two weeks ago I had someone call me from Price Lock to request my account be put on price lock again without a new explora for R750 over 24 Months only to have the call drop and ever since then I have trouble with my account.

A call from the price lock department after that, requesting I continue with the contracting as per previous phone call gets met with ‘I cannot help you and will get the initial agent to call you back to assist. AND Nothing after that!

Does your accounts/price lock department know how to do their jobs? From my point of view, No.

What are the consequences for the staff members that treat MultiChoice customers so poorly?

I would like an answer to all of my questions posed above with solutions to the problems ASAP.
