Price lock hoax

Since I opted for price lock, multichoice has been over charging my account. I have called them for 3 months in row and no one has the ability to resolve my problem. The last phone call I made to them, a rude consultant told me there's nothing he can do because thier PC's are off line. When I suggested he writes down my details to atleast escalate my matter when they're back on line, he bluntly told me he can't reach a pen because all the lines are busy. Pathetic customer service and their price lock deal is a hoax!
