Price Lock Hoax

<p>I have been battling to get contact from the DPP department since the 7th of March. I have sent the miraculous "price lock" sms and no one has bothered to contact me. I have called into you call centre only to be told that the dpp department does not have a direct number. I escalated the matter with Mutichoice Equiries who have literally wasted my time and today they finally provide me with an email address as this "is not their department" could this not have been done for me when I made contact on the 7th? Who have i been speaking to this whole time if not someone who can assist with my query? Your service is beyond terrible!!!!!</p>
